CHECKS: ALL RETURNED CHECKS ARE SUBJECT TO A $30 SERVICE CHARGE. CUSTOMER IS ALSO LIABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CHECK AND UP TO THREE TIMES THE AMMOUNT OF THE CHECK
The company agrees to perform in a professional manner, using equipment or detergents standard for the cleaning industry. If there are any problems with service rendered, complaints will only be considered within three days of work completed.
Notice: The customer is being notified this is a damage waiver. STEAMPRO cannot be held responsible for any damage or injuries that may occur during or thereafter from floors being wet of damp. Also STEAMPRO is not responsible for damage to breakables, walls, or flooring whatsoever, nor furniture damaged in moving. Nor are we responsible for any shrinkage, seams coming apart, or carpet coming up from any fastener to the floor. Nor any fabric that does not come clean. CHANGE IN COLOR, CHANGE IN TEXTURE, or SHADE or any carpet becoming separated from the pad or floor or any upholstery damage due to cleaning in any shape or form. All work is done at customer risk. When called upon to do water/flood removal there are no guarantees on stopping or containing any odors due to oversaturation. Customers that fail to cancel their scheduled appointment time and do not reschedule within 30 days will be charged a $40.00 fee. Also, the customer is being notified that if the bill is not paid within a 30 day period, there will be a late fee applied to the balance at a rate of $20.00 per $100.00 and a late fee is applied every month till the balance is paid in full. Also if customer does not pay his/her bill, all legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
